Returns & Exchanges

Because TIMEWILLTELL watches are produced in limited quantities, all purchases are final sale. We gladly offer exchanges within 30 days for a different color, style, or dial. A $15 exchange fee applies to U.S. orders. Custom watches are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

To arrange an exchange, email sales@timewilltellwatches.com with your order number and the new color or size desired. You can purchase your exchange service here.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
