All purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. This allows us to maintain fair pricing, minimize waste, and honor the exclusivity of our designs.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
- Email us at sales@timewilltellwatches.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll promptly review your case and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Exchanges:
Exchanges within 30 days for a different color, style, or dial. There is a $15.00 exchange charge for U.S. customers to cover the cost of shipping and handling of replacement items in an exchange. Shipping for international customers will vary by country. Customers will be billed before the shipping process.
