-Returns are valid seven days after your order for all products excluding Custom Watch orders

WARRANTY

TimeWillTell offers a limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after the original purchase of any TimeWillTell product from an authorized TimeWillTell dealer. If the colors of your watch do not match your original order or if your watch arrives damaged in any way, we will repair or replace it on us. Contact us at sales@twtwatches.com to initiate a repair under warranty.

Defects include: irregularities or imperfections of the watchband or case/crystal, loose crystals, or mechanical problems.

TimeWillTell does not cover surface scratches on the watchband or case/crystal, discoloration from strong dyes or topical body products, water damage, or any other damage from heavy use or abuse.

WATCH CARE

Please store your watch in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. Plastic is porous like skin, so it is best to keep your watch from direct contact with body products such as lotions, concealers, or other topical products that may discolor the resin. We also recommend washing new clothes before wearing them with your watch since strong dyes may stain our bright colors. To keep your watch looking like new, frequently polish surfaces with a dry micro-fiber cleaning cloth and avoid the use of any chemical solutions.
