Please store your watch in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. Plastic is porous like skin, so it is best to keep your watch from direct contact with body products such as lotions, concealers, or other topical products that may discolor the resin. We also recommend washing new clothes before wearing them with your watch since strong dyes may stain our bright colors. To keep your watch looking like new, frequently polish surfaces with a dry micro-fiber cleaning cloth and avoid the use of any chemical solutions.


TimeWillTell offers a limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months after the original purchase of any TimeWillTell product from an authorized TimeWillTell dealer. If the colors of your watch do not match your original order or if your watch arrives damaged in any way, we will repair or replace it on us. Contact us at to initiate a repair under warranty.

Defects include - irregularities or imperfections of the watchband or case/crystal, loose crystals, or mechanical problems.

TimeWillTell does not cover surface scratches on the watchband or case/crystal, discoloration from strong dyes or topical body products, water damage, or any other damage from heavy use or abuse.

return policy

Please send us an email at within seven days of receiving your order. Please provide your name, address, and order number and we will promptly get back to you with return instructions.

TimeWillTell cannot accept returns purchased through other authorized TimeWillTell dealers. If you would like to return a TimeWillTell watch you purchased through an authorized TimeWillTell dealer, please contact the dealer directly. Return policies are subject to each individual authorized TimeWillTell dealer.

TimeWillTell will only accept damaged returns that are caused by defects in materials and workmanship.

TimeWillTell cannot accept returns on your Custom Watches. Because your design is your own unique and one of a kind creation, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges on Custom Watch orders.  We will, however, be able to resize or restring your watch if you should need.  Congratulations on a beautiful design!

Exchanges can be processed here

Returns are valid seven days after your order for all products excluding custom watch orders.

Exchanges are valid within thirty days of your order for all products excluding custom watch orders.

There is a $15.00 shipping charge for U.S. customers to cover the cost of shipping replacement items in an exchange. Shipping for international customers will vary by country. Customers will be billed before the shipping process. 

TimeWillTell does not reimburse shipping to or from our shop for returned or exchanged items.

Note - When purchasing an Exchange and Refurbishment together, please contact us at to that we can apply an $8.05 discount to the Refurbishment to off-set the double shipping charge.
