We are grateful for the popularity and continued sales of the line of watches manufactured by Time Will Tell (TWT).

TWT has entrusted Goldberg and Son to act as the exclusive distributor of TWT watches in Japan. In this role, Goldberg and Son sells TWT watches on behalf of TWT in Japan and is responsible for quality control of those products.

Recently, it appears that several large-volume discount retailers are engaging in parallel importation of TWT products. Please be aware that neither TWT nor Goldberg and Son take any responsibility for TWT products sold through these third-party discount retailers.

Goldberg and Son will provide warranty service for manufacturer defects and break-downs only for genuine TWT products sold through Goldberg and Son.

The online shopping website for TWT is for retail sales to individuals. The site does not permit sales to corporate or wholesale buyers who merely present themselves as individual retail purchasers.

We reserve the right to refuse any sale if we believe that the prospective purchaser is a corporate or wholesale buyer and not an individual retail customer.
